Fog in City Park

By Tess

The temps have been all over the map these past weeks, but overnight it was damp and the temps shot up, so I headed out before sunrise to see if I could capture some of the season’s last fog:

Hello Tess,
I love you website. I’ll be visiting New Orleans in October and am researching now so as not to miss anything exciting. I’ve gotten a lot of information from this site. I will be trying your Crawfish Etouffee recipe as soon as I can find Crawfish in Arizona. LOL I suppose I will have to try the Shrimp version.
In any case, thanks for sharing your pictures and information.
Kind Regards, Kristina

Hey, Kristina, thanks! The shrimp will be just fine, but if you wanted to order some online, Cajun Grocer is pricey but great- the 1 lb pound of tails would be the way to go.

You’ve picked a great time of year- October’s beautiful and there’s lots going on! I used to have a “new visitor’s guide” up on the store website, I should update it and post it. If you’re at all interested in our cemeteries, I have a guide to those at my Rabbits site.

As always, if there’s anything in particular you’d like to know, feel free to drop me an email and I’ll help however I can!
