Trying out some new stuff…

I’m a little concerned that I’m going to wake up one day and find a Google Goon squattinng on my stoop, threatening to cut off all contact to the outside world if I don’t hand them everything I own.

And you know what? I’d give it to ‘em- that’s the bitch of it. Let’s see…g-mail, desktop, google earth, adsense, maps, checkout…and now Picasa. It’s their photo service, and after having issues with flikr, I thought I’d give it a try. It’s pretty damn cool…and they’ll easily transfer and create slideshows for the blog, so I’m playing with it now. My only issue is that it’s not the most beautiful layout ever…but they make it so easy to slide down that slippery slope, right into their pocket.
